Everyone should "Wrap it Up" in Thailand: February '11

Shout-out this month to: Everyone in Thailand or SE Asia.

This section was not intended to be a negative shout-out, but so far, I'm 2 for 2 on pissed off shout-outs. Whatevs. I'm jealous. There, I said it. I want to be in SE Asia with everyone else. All of this #teamchiangmai CRAP (read BULLSH*T) has got me down. Reading the countless bloggers who seem to be congregating in Thailand, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam makes me want to puke go there nut punch my bank account cry. So screw all of you and your tweetups and meetups and travel blogger fest 2010/2011's ftw. Blah.

Summary of my month: February started out cold. Oklahoma had the biggest blizzard of the winter on the 1st and the following days were cold. -22°F lows and almost 3 feet of snow threatened to keep me grounded. But I got out. First to Fredericksburg, Texas for one of my besties in the world, Natalie's wedding. JK and I drove through the snow and found our pot of gold at the end of the rainbow: a smorgasbord of handsome single mid-20 something men.  In addition to embarrassing ourselves thoroughly, we also made a couple pit-stops in Austin to relive our glory days. I also made a trip up to Grand Lake, one of my favorite high school vacation spots up in Northeastern Oklahoma. Home to most of my embarrassing stories from high school including the time we decided to video tape an entire party nearly getting my entire senior class expelled.  The rest of the month was spent relaxing, playing with old friends in Tulsa, getting as much work as I could done on this site and my others floating around there and shopping. Shopping for all the crap I really probably don't need for another year abroad but can't seem to stop myself from buying.
